  1. I was saddened to hear of Conrad's passing, he was a great martial artist and teacher, a friend, a wonderful comedian, and a wise and kind man. My life is better for having known him.

  4. I knew Conrad Pickens back in the early 1970s when he was teaching at Sensi Fred Absher's Tae Kwon Doe club in Albuquerque. He was humble man with a great sense of humor, and he was always willing to help. He loved live and he remains a role model for all of us---young and old.
